DESCRIPTION

The versatile astronomical clock interface is a component of the DimOnOff control and monitoring system. It allows precise programming of time-based scenarios as well as daily sunset / sunrise, which optimizes the lighting of the network. DimOnOff wireless control technology is ideally suited to complex automation situations for quick, easy and economical commissioning. It communicates with DimOnOff modules using radio waves.

APPLICATIONS

  • Trigger modes :

Time settings for all outputs can be referenced at sunrise / sunset times. The SRISE / SET trigger mode will provide the reference time from sunrise / sunset, while the TWILIGHT trigger mode will provide the reference time from dusk.

  • Daylight saving (DST):

Before the lighting time during the summer and back during the winter, to have a lighting optimized and synchronized according to natural lighting. INT-CLK automatically switches daylight saving time for regions such as North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. INT-CLK also provides custom parameters to set the DST period and DST offset time.

  • Operating modes :

INT-CLK has three operating modes: on, off and PULSE. An operational mode “on” causes the activation of an output during an event. The “Off” mode is used to disable an output during an event. A ‘PULSE’ operating mode is used to have an output enabled for a few seconds during an event.

Features

  • OFFSET: It may sometimes be necessary to have an exit action before or after dusk / dawn /. The OFFSET function allows an offset of +/- 23:59.
  • Hours Off: Disables any output for a specified period. A maximum of 23 hours of inactivity can be set individually for each output. For example, off-hours from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am will turn off the exit for three hours each day.
  • Days not worked: Weekly programs, this feature can be set individually for each output.
  • Seasons mode: in the rainy season or in a cloudy context, sunlight may be insufficient; therefore, different time shift requirements may be programmed to control the switching of the light. The user can program the lighting of the luminaires according to the natural lighting relative to certain seasons. This feature avoids frequent interactions between the user and the device.
  • Alternate mode: The hours of inactivity function is used to alternate the lighting hours between the street lights. This mode is used for energy saving and increases the service life of the loads.

Notes & Instructions

MODES:

Manual On / Off: This mode is used to force / release the output. Once selected, the output remains in the On / Off position continuously, until the user selects another mode.

Auto On / Off: This mode is used to temporarily enable / disable the output. The unit will change the function mode of its programming. For example, if a user uses the Auto off mode at 4:00 PM and the device at another event at 6:00 AM, the lighting will remain closed until 5:59 AM and turn on the lights at 6:00 AM.
