Bidirectional wireless RF relay that provides remote control and metering of loads.


Member of the DimOnOff Lighting Automation series, the RTM is a bidirectional wireless RF module that provides remote control and metering of loads up to 7 Amps**, suits all voltages from 110 to 480Vac or 24Vdc), and enables multiple automation and monitoring features.

The module features a rugged design that can to be installed inside any fixture or enclosure indoor or outdoor, and create flexible, smart automation systems for commercial, municipal & industrial lighting.

The RTM relays are configurable modules. Each relay can be easily programmed in order to implement personalized set-ups. DimOnOff has designed a full-featured software platform, for the complete management of a DimOnOff infrastructure, including:

Notes & Instructions


  • Disconnect power at the circuit breaker before installation
  • Open the electrical compartment of the load, and identify the line, neutral and ground wires. Identify the conductor that supplies power to the load that you want to control.
  • Attach the RTM inside the electrical compartment using the module mounting bracket. Connect the supply ground wire (G) together with the module mounting bracket and the grounding screw.
  • Disconnect the Line wire that had supplied power to the load that you want to control.
  • Connect the disconnected wire of the fixture to the blue lead of the RTM. Connect the supply line wire (L) to the black lead of the RTM.
  • Connect the white lead of the RTM together with the supply neutral wire (N).
  • Close the compartment cover and restore power
  • For Dimming (analog 0-10 VDC output), connect purple & grey wires to 0-10 VDC input of the electronic dimming ballast


  • Use only where min. 90°C wiring is used.
  • These devices are intended for installation in accordance with your local electric code and regulations. It is recommended that a qualified electrician perform this installation.
  • A transmitter and software is required to communicate with the module and is sold separately
