In that same spirit, we have soon joined the EnOcean OEM Partners, to associate their market-changing wireless/self-powered (no-battery) technology platform, to these same objectives.
DimOnOff has developed an EnOceane communication bridge, that enables:
- the extension of the radio signal, by using the DimOnOff hybrid technologies that uses the existing network of electrical wires in a building, to control adressable & intelligent relays;
- beyond the practical limitations imposed by the low-power nature of the signal, and the surrounding environment (walls & ceilings, concrete, gypse, metalical structures)
- to incorporate the EnOcean wireless/battery-less sensors and switches to a complete network of building automation system modules:
- Relays, repeaters, meters, schedulers,
- BACnet interfaces,
- Data acquisition and remote access to Control over Ethernet.
- to add the full flexibility of the DimOnOff protocol, and especially the breadth of functionnalities given to the DimOnOff line of relays:
- Definition of multiple Logical Groups per relay
- Definition of multiple Scenarios per relay

This interface allows multiple wireless & battery less products of the DOO-EO series to control relays and other DimOnOff products. A simple graphical user interface makes configuration of groups and scenarios and links sensors and control devices a breeze.

PROGRAMMABLE FUNCTIONS
The EO-INT offers various programmable functions, such as:
- Software-driven Learn-mode to enable the Gateway to discover new EnOcean modules that will be assigned to this specific Gateway
- Software configuration of each key of an EnOcean keypad
- 3 positions for each key: Hit, Maintain & Released
- Each key & position may be assigned a Scenario to execute, on ANY DimOnOff relay existing on the covered electrical network
