Bernard Têtu

Chief Executive Officer, Groupe Vectanor

Bernard is a Canadian serial entrepreneur behind the creation and investment of several well-known technology companies, including Berclain Group, GeocomTMS and Taleo Enterprise (NASDAQ: TLEO). He holds the Order of Engineers of Canada’s distinction for a young engineer’s exceptional achievement and the Entrepreneur’s Award from the Association of Industrial Research Directors of Quebec. He founded Dimonoff in 2006 and today leads a team of 70 employees — half of them engineers — building a comprehensive smart city infrastructure IoT platform. Bernard worked closely on the LED lighting conversions in Mississauga, Montréal, Pittsburgh and Grand Rapids, overseeing the wireless monitoring and control systems behind each one.

Daniel Noiseux

Executive Vice-President and General Manager, Groupe Vectanor

Daniel is Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Groupe Vectanor, and a shareholder. With a background in mechanical and industrial engineering and an MBA in business management, he leads Dimonoff’s operations and growth vision with a focus on innovation, performance and value creation. A technology and digital-transformation enthusiast, he draws on deep experience with connected systems, IoT and operational optimization to help organizations evolve their infrastructure. Outside of work, he is an alpine skier and sailor.

Karine Piché

Director of Finance

Karine is a finance and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience across multinational corporations and technology companies, with deep expertise in financial structuring, ERP implementation and continuous improvement. Before moving into technology, she spent a decade at a leading U.S. medical-technology company, building skills in financial control, regulatory compliance and process optimization. She later supported innovative SMEs in deploying management systems and performance indicators.

Jostran Lamontagne

Vice President, Operations & Sales, Associate

Jostran is a shareholder at Dimonoff and Amotus, where he contributes to the development of connected and secure solutions in smart street lighting, intelligent parking and custom IoT systems. A mechanical engineer with an MBA and a finance background, he brings extensive international experience, having led telecom projects across Europe before managing an engineering firm for ten years.

Christian Simard

Vice President, Technology & Innovation

Christian is passionate about building expertise and a culture of innovation. With more than 25 years in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry, he has led the creation of large-scale technological solutions and guided the evolution of high-value products, combining strategic vision, execution and deep technical knowledge. He has built and grown world-class teams while expanding into cloud-native platforms, cybersecurity, IT operations, and both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

Naomih leads business development for Dimonoff, working with cities, utilities and infrastructure owners on connected lighting for smart urban infrastructure. She began her career in communications and moved into business development in 2018, since then covering sales, account management, marketing and customer success across technology and SaaS companies. She is the first point of contact for a municipality or operator weighing a conversion, and the person a conversation about scope, timeline or procurement starts with.
