Naomih Dalpé joined Dimonoff as Director of Business Development, working with cities and municipalities across North America on the smart lighting management platform. She started her career in communications and moved into business development in 2018, since then covering sales, account management, marketing and customer success across technology and SaaS companies.
Asked what she wants from a partnership, her answer was transparency, clear communication and a shared view of where things are going. Asked about the market, she pointed at the pressure municipalities are under to do more with fewer resources — which is the problem this platform exists to address.
